Parents: The Most Important Faction in One’s Life

First of all, what is meant by being a parent? To put it simply, they have the biggest part to play in one’s life. From raising their kids off their soft younger days to guide them through the brutal adulthood and then lead them successfully to face the harsh world and grow up in it. This occurs through various stages in both of the child as well as the parent’s lives. They act as one’s guardian, their greatest teachers, their best inspirations and the best source of motivation when everything else seems lost. They may come in many other roles too. Like, from being a playmate and a friend to one’s teacher and guide, then from a caregiver to strict personnel, they can play all these roles very efficiently and could claim any possibilities to raise their kids properly.

What is the role of a parent?

Probably the most important role for a parent to play in their kid’s life is to be an ideal guardian. The child must always have someone to put their faiths into. They should always have this thing in their minds that their parents will always understand them and help them come out of their problems easily. They would support them during their hard times and should always have their backs. They should always feel that even if the world gives up on them, their parents will never give up on them no matter what the circumstances are. This mutual bonding between a parent and a child is called Parenting Faith. And after all, this comes the day to day goals, which mostly involves overlooking into the kid’s activities and guiding them whenever they go wrong or fall off the track. Thus, building a strong bond is very crucial in every stage of both their lives, they must accustom to their needs and play by them accordingly. Too much or too less of attention can spoil the relationship. So taking appropriate measures when necessary is also important keeping in mind not to go overboard.

Parental Authority, what does it signify?

Thoughthe word might sound a little strict it isn’t what one thinks, it called be defined as simply a behaviour in which a child naturally respects and obey their parents with minimum or no resistance. They work together as a team and form a mutual bonding with each other. This occurs in a lot of ways like children cooperate and work together in to achieve their daily goals. Both of them focuses on the only job that needs to be done and this helps them to sort it out accordingly. Then the next step is when the child is facing a problem and is stuck over it, the parent acts as a teacher and then brings about the best guidance to lead them through it. When the minor watches their parent into some work, a sense of duty develops in them, this helps in the upbringing of the children. And they devote themselves to their work effectively.

Of course, this type of authority does not come in just a week or month, it includes a lot of patience, time, perseverance, devotion and hard work to get the results in.

Communication between a child and parent!

Communication between a parent and child often calls for a common language between them, it’s not about the language of words but of the feelings or desires one have for each other.  Communication is generally the connection of each other’s feelings, which they compile by all the memories shared together. This deep sense of connection helps to trust and have their faiths in one another. Thus, being a very crucial note to both of the child and a parent.

Being a parent during different stages of a child’s life!

A child goes through many stages in life to finally grow up and become independent and parents have their specific roles to play in each stage to ensure their child doesn’t go off their path.

These stages can be listed as:

  • Infant: – This is the stage in a child’s life where he is solely dependent on his parents for each of their needs. This is one of the most important stages in the parent’s life where deep connection develops. Parents act as a caregiver to their children and help them grow rapidly into the next stage.
  • Adolescence: – This marks the beginning of the growth phase when the child starts to develop some feelings of independency gradually and learn to take care of their things all by themselves. This is quite a rapid growth period where overall development in a child takes place and parents in this stage should act as a guardian to their child to lead them through all of their challenges in this phase of life.
  • Adulthood: – Another most crucial part of the child as well as the parent’s lives as this marks the beginning of a child becoming independent and growing up on their own. Parents should work alongside their children to help them in their growth and also support them in choosing their career and then lead them to a bright future.

Though all of these stages look completely different from each other, they are related to the same cause, the upbringing of the child from an infant to an adult. The parents should check their roles in each of these stages and ensure the proper growth of their child accordingly. They should always give help them pave their path as in return they would do the same.
